Job Title: Inbound Voice Process | US Healthcare
Work Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office, Daily walk interview

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound international calls from US customers.
Provide customer support and resolve queries professionally.
Follow standard customer service and process guidelines.
Maintain high-quality communication during calls.
Accurately document customer interactions.
Meet required quality, productivity and customer-service parameters

Requirements

Graduate – Any Stream

• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply

• Excellent English Communication required

• SVAR/Communication Assessment will be conducted

• Typing Speed: 30 WPM | 90% Accuracy

• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts

• Two rotational split weekly offs

• Should NOT be enrolled in any full-time course

Not Eligible: B.Ed., MBA, BA LLB, B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E. candidates

Benefits

Option 1: ₹2.84 LPA CTC | Approx. ₹18,000/month take-home

Shift Allowance: ₹0–3,000 variable

Option 2: ₹2.53 LPA CTC | Approx. ₹15,000/month take-home

Shift Allowance: ₹0–3,000 variable
