Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials accurately and efficiently.
• Pick and fill orders from stock with attention to detail and precision.
• Pack and ship orders, ensuring that the correct items are sent in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and labeling.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools safely.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to optimize warehouse operations and meet targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or equipment immediately.
• Assist in preparing and completing shipments for delivery or pick up according to schedule.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations within the warehouse setting.
• Take part in training sessions to improve individual productivity and the overall efficiency of the warehouse team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods is highly valued.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and handle physically demanding tasks frequently.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills are essential for success.
