Home Care Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assist in rehabilitation exercises and mobility support for bedridden patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical healthcare practices.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Respond swiftly to medical emergencies and perform necessary first aid actions.
• Continuously update your skills and knowledge in medical care procedures.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a current, valid license to practice in the state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or home care setting.
• Proficient in clinical tasks including wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement nursing care plans for patients.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with patients and families.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for handling various patient needs.
