As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Lead / Senior Developer to join our talented team and drive the development of our next-generation projects and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack developers, providing technical guidance, support, and performance feedback to drive excellence in their work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, product owners, and designers, to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall technical strategy.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, architecture design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop robust, scalable, and high-performance .Net applications using best practices and adhering to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may arise during the development process.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with established coding guidelines and industry best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in Full Stack development and incorporate them into the teams workflow when applicable.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine software requirements and provide accurate development estimates.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables, keeping the team on track to meet project goals.
• Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
  
  

• 6+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4+ years and a Master’s degree.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 4 years of hands-on development experience.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and architecture.
• Hands on Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React and development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with databases like SQL, MongoDB and Cosmos DB with the ability to design and optimize queries.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and empowering team members to achieve their best.
  
  

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Previous experience in the development of enterprise-level applications.
