EbizON Email Marketing Specialist Dehradun

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist with 0- 1 year of experience to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving engagement, increasing conversions, and improving customer retention through effective email strategies.

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows
• Design and develop engaging email content aligned with brand guidelines
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Perform A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and campaign performance
• Ensure email deliverability and compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals
• Maintain and update email templates and marketing automation tools
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention through lifecycle email marketing
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Basic understanding of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic reporting
