SwasthiQ is building the rails for modern healthcare. We are replacing paper chaos with clean, connected systems through our EMR platform. Clinics should not run like it is 2005. We are here to fix that.


Role Overview

This is not a sit and wait sales role.

You will be on the ground. Meeting doctors. Walking into clinics. Turning cold doors into warm conversations and conversations into paying customers.

If you have sold to clinics, hospitals, or doctors before, you already understand the game. Trust first, product second, persistence always.


What You Will Do
  • Generate leads through on-ground outreach, cold visits, and networking
  • Pitch and demonstrate SwasthiQ’s EMR software to clinics and doctors
  • Build relationships with clinic owners, decision-makers, and staff
  • Convert prospects into paying subscribers
  • Maintain and manage your sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the product team to share real user feedback
  • Consistently hit and exceed sales targets

Hiring Process

  2. Complete a research-based task designed to evaluate your thinking and execution

What We Are Looking For
  • 1 to 4 years of field sales experience (healthcare or clinic sales preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating leads
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person selling
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-driven and disciplined with minimal supervision
  • Ability to understand and explain tech products
Bonus Points If You
  • Have sold EMR, EHR, SaaS, or healthcare tech products
  • Already have a network of clinics or doctors
  • Can handle objections confidently and persist through rejections
Additional Requirements
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
  • Comfortable using CRM tools such as Zoho CRM
  • Familiar with Slack for internal communication
  • Ability to operate in a high-standard, structured corporate work environment
