Job Description
As a Client Relations Intern, you will be assisting and maintaining positive client experiences, support internal teams in delivering services, and help strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with responding to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Help ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues.
- To inform the consignee of a failed delivery attempt.
- To improve customer satisfaction and reduce return-to-origin (RTO) rates.
- NDR Calling (KAM verification)
