As a Technical Support Analyst youll be the go-to expert for the users who rely on this innovative tech every day. You won’t just be answering questions — you’ll be powering adventures, solving real-world problems, and making sure customers feel confident using cutting-edge energy solutions.

Technical details about the position:

Working hours: at least 20 hours / week, between the opening hours, which is the following: 08:30 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday.

Type: student contract

Location: Debrecen, Vezér strt. 39., (Tudáspark), Hungary (fully on-site)

What you’ll be doing:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to charging, solar connectivity, mobile app usage, and more
• Guide customers through product features and best practices
• Escalate technical issues following structured processes
• Own the customer journey from first contact to final resolution
• Log all interactions accurately and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards
• Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional support

What you bring:

• Fluency in French (C1) and strong English communication skills (B2)
• Active student status and ongoing studies
• A service mindset — patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented
• Confidence working with modern tech — especially mobile apps and smart devices
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general troubleshooting tools
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow procedures
• Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, or BPO is a plus
