Coordinate and organize external transportation processes on a daily basis
Plan warehouse tasks and ensure continuous inventory availability and replenishment
Monitor open warehouse tasks and shipments, with special attention to blocked zones
Maintain continuous cooperation with related departments
Monitor and synchronize capacities across both internal and external logistics operations
Track ordes fulfillment and provide feedback to the relevant departments
Coordinate and resolve delivery delays and orther issues arising during the shipping process
Create and maintain KPIs for shipment tracking processes and propose poteintial improvement opportunities

Confident user-level knowledge of MS Office applications
Intermediate English language skills are essential (German language skills are an advantage).
Bachelors degree (BA/BSc)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proactive attitude
Goal-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills
