About the Role

• Advanced German language skills (C1 level or higher).
• Communicative English language skills (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
