Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Ensure the timely and accurate processing of vendor payments in weekly payment cycles
Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records
Manage employee expense claims and ensure timely reimbursement in compliance with company policies
Corporate Credit Card Program Management
Conduct regular reconciliations of corporate credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment and processing issues in a professional manner
Support Month-End Close activities, including bank account reconciliations and other related financial tasks
Provide proactive guidance and training to internal teams on expense management policies, procedures, and payment schedules
Deliver services in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and continuously meet or exceed performance KPIs
Partner with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial services while maintaining strong compliance, control, and operational excellence standards.

Who You Are:

An engaged and independent person with good communication skills, team player & matured personality.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Fresh graduates and maximum 1–2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Proficiency in English and Hungarian (Written & Spoken)
Experience in Oracle ERP System is an advantage
AP experience in a manufacturing or financial shared services environment at a multinational company is a plus
