About this Position To serve as a strategic HR leader and transformation enabler within the manufacturing plant, aligning HR initiatives with Henkel’s global strategy. The HRBP will lead the implementation of the People Capability Program, drive cultural transformation, workforce development, and operational excellence, ensuring the plant is future-ready and aligned with Henkel’s standards.
What You´ll Do
Lead the People Capability Program, focusing on:
Functional competencies for shop floor and leadership roles
Transformational Leadership through Leadership Commitments and ASPIRE Behaviours.
Team Effectiveness via High Performing Teams programs for both leaders and operators
Coordinate learning journeys using the 70-20-10 development model
Ensure local adaptation and language support for training and facilitation
Monitor deployment, collect feedback, and continuously improve program effectiveness
Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Development & Upskilling
Lead Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) to anticipate future skill needs
Implement Front Line Worker and Manager Development Programs
Support career pathing and succession planning
Culture & Sense of Belonging
Champion Henkel’s ACT Cultural Transformation and Leadership Commitments
Facilitate Pulse Checks and employee listening strategies
Promote DEI initiatives and foster a cohesive plant culture
Talent Attraction & Employer Branding
Enhance the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) for production roles
Collaborate with hiring teams to improve recruitment outcomes
Employee Care & Wellbeing
Ensure compliance with Henkel’s infrastructure & work Environment guidelines
Promote health, safety, and wellbeing programs tailored to production workers

Partner with compensation teams to ensure fair and competitive pay
Digital Enablement & HR Operations
Drive adoption of digital HR tools to enhance employee experience

Facilitate systematic knowledge sharing across HR and production teams
Contribute to Henkel’s Best Practice Playbook and promote cross-functional collaboration
What Makes You a Good Fit
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience in leading capability development or transformation programs is a strong advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred
Skills & Competencies:
Strong facilitation and project management skills
Ability to influence and build trust across all levels
Deep understanding of labour laws, compliance, and social sustainability

Act as a cultural ambassador and strategic advisor to plant leadership
