Sales Executive - Fleet Sales is responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding needs, and offering suitable products and services that drive sales and loyalty.
Tasks
Sell standard products and services to customers.
Identify potential customers through information gathering, referrals, recommendations, and participation in business events.
Collect varied and somewhat complex customer information and input it into required systems and processes.
Enter relevant information into the CRM system after each customer contact to ensure quality customer data.
Respond to basic issue escalations promptly and provide managerial approvals as required.
Record and process custom or special orders, often with ambiguous delivery expectations.
Education
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; strong sales experience is an asset.
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven ability to work independently.
