Our client is a leading industrial organization with an extensive operational footprint across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Operating within a highly asset-intensive and mission-critical environment, the business plays a central role in supporting national infrastructure and strategic development initiatives.

The organization is advancing through a phase of operational consolidation and targeted technology enhancement in alignment with Vision 2030 objectives. There is a defined focus on governance, operational resilience, and ensuring that enterprise technology platforms consistently support safe, uninterrupted, and efficient operations across all sites.

The Role

The IT Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day delivery, performance, and stability of IT operations across multiple operational locations. The role carries direct supervisory responsibility for infrastructure support, network operations, data centre activities, cloud environments, and IT service coordination within a 24/7 operational setting.

This position is hands-on and operationally focused. The Supervisor will guide technical teams, coordinate with external service providers, and serve as a key escalation point for operational incidents. The emphasis is on maintaining system availability, enforcing operational standards, improving service reliability, and proactively mitigating technology risks.

The role will work in close collaboration with IT leadership and site stakeholders to ensure that technology services remain aligned with operational requirements, compliance standards, and business continuity objectives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an experienced IT operations professional with proven supervisory exposure within enterprise-scale infrastructure and service environments. Experience within industrial, manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, or similarly mission-critical sectors is strongly preferred.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Proven experience supervising IT operations teams in complex, high-availability environments
• Practical oversight of infrastructure, networks, data centres, backup, and disaster recovery processes
• Hands-on involvement in incident management, service monitoring, and operational risk control
• Experience coordinating third-party vendors and monitoring SLA performance
• A structured and disciplined approach to maintaining stability, security, and service continuity while supporting incremental modernization initiatives
  
  
  

Experience within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly desirable. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English required to effectively engage operational teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Operational credibility, accountability, and the ability to perform confidently within a governance-driven environment will be critical to success in this role.
