Job Description
- Operate granulation equipment such as RMG, fluid bed processors, multi-mills, and blenders etc.
- Set up, clean, and maintain granulation equipment in accordance with SOPs.
- Ensure proper documentation of e-BMR, e-logbooks, and cleaning records.
- Weigh and dispense raw materials as per batch production records.
- Monitor process parameters (temperature, RPM, time, etc.) and make adjustments as needed in line with BMR
- Perform in-process checks to ensure granule quality (moisture content, particle size, etc.).
- Coordinate with QA/QC for line clearance, sampling, and in-process testing.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and report any deviations or malfunctions immediately.
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the granulation area as per GMP standards.
