Key responsibilities:

To manage and execute end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate time office management, and efficient handling of employee lifecycle activities.

Onboarding & Induction

• Manage joining formalities and documentation for new employees
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process
• Coordinate with departments for joining readiness

🔹 Time Office & Attendance Management

• Handle attendance, shift scheduling, and leave records
• Monitor biometric systems and time office compliance
• Support payroll inputs related to attendance & leave data

🔹 Employee Lifecycle Management

• Maintain employee records from joining to exit
• Handle confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations
• Ensure all HR records are updated and compliant

🔹 HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee data, personal files, and HR MIS reports
• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance
• Support audits related to HR documentation

🔹 Employee Support

• Address employee queries related to HR operations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR services delivery
