Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter and boarding gates
• Check and verify passengers travel documents and issue boarding passes
• Ensure efficient and timely boarding of passengers onto the aircraft
• Handle and resolve any customer queries or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist passengers with baggage check-in and retrieval
• Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure smooth operations and on-time departures
• Maintain a safe and clean airport environment for passengers and staff
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures and regulations at all times Requirements:
• Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer knowledge
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage if required
