As a Scrum Master experienced in supporting Agile projects in Life Sciences sector, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our clients Agile project management processes by leveraging Artefacts, Ceremonies and clearly defined roles to their fullest potential. In addition to this, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining Agile project management tools(Jira, ADO etc.) across various projects and teams within our organization.
Job Description
- Lead Agile delivery for digital initiatives supporting Life Sciences research, manufacturing, quality, or regulatory systems.
- Embed Scrum practices within regulated and validated environments, ensuring alignment with enterprise governance and compliance expectations.
- Drive sprint execution, release planning, and backlog refinement for cross‑functional product and engineering teams.
- Partner with Quality, Validation, and IT leadership to ensure inspection‑ready, traceable Agile outcomes.
- Support continuous delivery while balancing speed, quality, and regulatory adherence across multiple Agile teams.
Qualifications:
- Graduates / BE - B. Tech / MCA
- 6+ years of experience as a delivery oriented Scrum Master.
- 2+ years as an advanced-level Jira user. Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum principles and practices
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I / II)
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist (SA) for large‑scale Agile delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
To qualify for the role, you must have,
- Strong command of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery metrics in complex enterprise programs.
- Practical experience operating within GxP‑controlled systems, including documentation and change management expectations.
- Ability to translate compliance and data privacy requirements into executable team practices.
- Advanced facilitation, conflict resolution, and decision‑enablement skills across technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven capability to guide teams through Agile maturity, predictability, and delivery optimization.
