Sourcing Manager South Region

Job Requirements

Role Purpose:

Support the Sourcing Head by MIS reports, dashboards, data analysis, and actionable insights to improve IHD, alignment , MTO delivery performance, and overall sourcing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS and Dashboard Management

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain weekly and monthly sourcing data.
• Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Identify and highlight trends, gaps, and key business insights for management review.

1. Data Analysis and KPI Monitoring

• Analyze inventory holding days and track /build the system to drive skillset wise tracking IHD
• Monitor product delivery schedules and assess alignment with customer orders.
• Track sourcing KPIs, identify deviations, and prepare corrective action plans.
• Follow up on the implementation of action plans and report progress.

1. Coordination and Support

• Coordinate with regions, supply chain, and other teams to obtain timely and accurate data.
• Follow up on identified gaps and corrective actions.
• Support the Sourcing Head with data-driven insights and decision-making.

Key Deliverables:

• Weekly and monthly MIS reports
• Sourcing dashboards
• Inventory and delivery analysis
• Customer order alignment report

Key Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and dashboard preparation
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Good understanding of MIS and KPI reporting
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
