Senior Lead Business Analyst - Cash Management OR Treasury

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in the finance domain, specifically Cash Management or Treasury. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes in finance-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements from finance and treasury stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Developers, Architects and QA
• Support process analysis and optimization within cash management and treasury operations
• Participate in workshops, gap analysis and solution design sessions
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions
• Assist with testing activities, UAT coordination and deployment support
• Contribute to project documentation and reporting

Requirements

• 6-15 years of professional experience
• Proven background as a Business Analyst in finance-related projects
• Expertise in Treasury and/or Cash Management domain is highly preferred
• Understanding of financial processes and operations
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, BRD, FRD and user stories creation
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Capability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Competency in documentation and requirement management

Nice to have

• Background in AI, analytics or digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with banking, liquidity management or treasury systems
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
