Job Description

We are looking for a highly process-driven Project Manager with strong functional understanding and the ability to coordinate technical teams working on Web and Mobile Application development.

The ideal candidate should be exceptional at project planning, requirement gathering, team coordination, communication, and delivery management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for web & mobile application projects.
• Gather client requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications.
• Create project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar.
• Conduct daily standups, sprint planning, and review meetings.
• Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing status updates and resolving issues.
• Maintain project documentation, workflows, and SOPs.
