Principal Engineer - NET Full Stack

We are seeking a Principal Engineer - .NET Full Stack with Cloud & Gen AI to take full technical ownership of complex application development projects. In this role, you will design and build scalable high-performance solutions while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and collaborate closely with product owners and engineering teams to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Take full technical ownership of the entire application development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation and deployment
• Design and build scalable high-performance applications
• Leverage AI tools, including Copilots, throughout the development process
• Collaborate with product owners and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives
• Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize applications

Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with a proven track record of delivering complex applications end-to-end
• Proficiency in .NET and ReactJS/Angular
• Expertise in Azure/AWS and MS SQL
• Familiarity with AI tools (GitHub Copilot is preferred)
• Understanding of modern software architecture patterns (microservices, serverless, event-driven, etc.)
• Background in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a relentless drive for technical excellence
• Self-motivated, hard-working and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
