• Placement Manager Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing campus recruitment and placement activities for students across all programs.
• Builds strong corporate relationships, enhances placement quality, and creates career opportunities aligned with the university’s standards.
  
  

• Manage full placement process: internships, live projects, and final jobs.
• Improve job profiles, salary levels, recruiter diversity, and industry reach.
• Build and maintain recruiter network; add new companies annually.
• Leverage alumni and professional contacts for opportunities.
• Prepare placement brochures, student profiles, and recruiter kits.
• Organize pre-placement talks, career workshops, and recruitment drives.
• Collect employer feedback to guide student development and curriculum updates.
• Track and report placement data and trends.
• Travel to meet recruiters and represent the university at industry events.
• Reports to Head/General Manager – Placements (CIR).
