We are Foxsense Innovations - a bunch of passionate developers that love solving complex business problems through products and tools we build from scratch. Weʼve been at it for over 5 years now, and weʼve serviced over 50 happy customers around the world, while also building several in-house micro-SaaS tools for the market (all of this while being bootstrapped and profitable). About The Role

As a Marketing Generalist, own and align the marketing strategy with business goals in partnership with leadership. Plan and execute the annual marketing calendar, staying agile to measure, optimize, and refine programs. Bring strong B2B experience across product, content, and digital marketing, with a proven ability to execute impactful marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and align marketing strategy, based on business goals, working with the leadership team.
• Plan and execute the marketing calendar for the year, based on the marketing strategy. Stay agile to execute, measure, tweak and optimize marketing programs, as needed.
• Drive the various marketing programs across product marketing, content marketing and insights, customer marketing and events, and digital marketing; based on the overall marketing plan.
• Own the Foxsense brand positioning, with the leadership team, and ownership of the Foxsense website, including content management of the website and coordination with relevant teams/vendors for website design and web development.
• Joint ownership of the Foxsense brand guidelines, along with the product design team, with direct oversight by the leadership team.
• Cross-functional collaboration across the both GTM and tech organization, as required.
  
  

• 4–8 years experience in B2B marketing, with experience across product/content/digital marketing, and in executing marketing programs.
• Ability to work independently and execute to plan, with cross-functional collaboration as required
• Confident in working alongside the leadership team, reporting out marketing ops and setting up marketing playbooks.
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 of these 4 common B2B roles would be preferred - across product marketing, content marketing, customer marketing, and digital marketing.
• Experience working with external design and development teams, and managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong marketing content and copy writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Figma, Google Analytics, and Hotjar, and other common marketing tools.
• Experience using any Content Management System (CMS) (WebFlow / WordPress or any similar CMS tool).
