lead Generation Executive

Job Summary 

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify and connect with companies that are actively hiring. The ideal candidate will generate qualified employer leads, introduce Expectin's hiring platform, and onboard new employers to post their job opportunities. Key Responsibilities Research companies that are actively hiring across various industries. Identify HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Recruiters, and decision-makers. Generate qualified employer leads through LinkedIn, Google, job portals, email campaigns, and cold calling. Contact potential employers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. Explain the benefits and features of the Expectin platform. Schedule product demonstrations or onboarding sessions with interested employers. Follow up regularly to convert prospects into active employers. Assist employers in creating accounts and posting jobs on Expectin. Maintain an updated CRM/database of leads and follow-up activities. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and employer onboarding targets. Share market insights and competitor information with the management team.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Confident in cold calling and email outreach.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research tools.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
• Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
• 1–8 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Recruitment.
