Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Associate to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching companies, identifying decision-makers, gathering relevant business information, and building qualified prospect lists for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads through online platforms and databases

• Gather company, contact, and market information from various sources

• Build and maintain accurate lead databases

• Verify and update prospect information regularly

• Pre-qualify leads based on defined criteria

• Support the sales team with targeted lead lists and market insights

• Maintain records using spreadsheets and CRM tools

• Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in any discipline

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Excellent internet research and information-gathering skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Generation, Market Research, Data Research, or Business Development

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and online research platforms

• Understanding of B2B businesses and startup ecosystems
