Job Description Laboratory Experience: Previous experience in chemistry laboratory in academic or industry. This includes managing stock of chemicals/glasswares, mainting records, preparing solutions, handling acids/bases and good communication.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. Additionally, familiarity with database management systems, Multimedia work and academic software used in research environments can be advantageous.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities are crucial for the smooth conduct of chemistry laboratories. The lab technician should be capable of managing various UG/PG laboratories.

Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication, additional language proficiency, interpersonal skills are vital for interacting with various stakeholders, including faculty, students, staff, and external contacts.
