The DGM-Solutions & BD role is pivotal in driving sales and marketing strategies within our organization. With a hybrid work model and day shift this position requires a seasoned professional with 16 to 18 years of experience. The candidate will play a crucial role in expanding business opportunities and enhancing client relationships contributing significantly to the companys growth and societal impact.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives and market trends
Implement marketing campaigns that effectively promote products and services to target audiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives
Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and customer feedback
Drive revenue growth through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business activities
Utilize advanced sales techniques to negotiate and close deals effectively
Lead efforts to improve brand visibility and reputation in the marketplace
Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and digital content
Track and report on sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies. Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices
Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
Have a proven track record of successful business development and revenue generation
Show proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Hold a bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field
Preferably have a masters degree or equivalent experience in sales and marketing
Be adept at strategic thinking and problem-solving to overcome business challenges
Possess a high level of adaptability to changing market conditions
Demonstrate leadership qualities in guiding teams towards achieving business goals
Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Have experience in managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
