• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
• Handle ticketing and reservations for passengers
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related inquiries
• Handle baggage check-in and ensure proper handling and delivery to the aircraft
• Assist passengers with special needs or requests, such as wheelchair assistance or special meals
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other airport ground staff and airline personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or the airline industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
