As a Check-in & Boarding Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and boarding process for our passengers. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, ensuring a friendly and professional service
• Check passengers travel documents and verify their identity
• Weigh and tag luggage according to airline regulations
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes
• Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure timely and accurate check-in and boarding processes
• Handle any issues or complaints from passengers in a calm and professional manner
• Assist passengers with special needs or requests, such as wheelchair assistance or special meals
• Monitor flight boarding and ensure all passengers are boarded safely and on time
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
