About The Role

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the Project Manager to manage the Project backlog.
• Collaborating with the Project Manager to manage stakeholder expectations and solution/document timescales.
• Business requirements elicitation, documentation, and management.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Requirements and documentation traceability through management tools and requirements documentation.
• Technical documentation production and management through process modeling, solution documents, etc.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis and documenting and communicating the results/
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
  
  

• A foundational understanding of Technology
• A bachelor’s degree in Technology/Business
• Good Communication Skills
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Principle of Change and ability to take ownership
• Interest and commitment to working in a hyper-scaling environment
