BLG - Regional Head - Rising Enterprise Group REG Coimbatore

1. Manage business and distribution for REG business within Business Lending Group for complex geograhpical locations  (bigger geographical areas with multiple districts and business pockets) with different business dynamics 
2. REG business will cater to MSME clients with turnover upto INR 30 Crs 
3. Ensuring overall portfolio and revenue targets are met.
4. Managing front line sales for driving business 
5. Managing key/strategic relation like channels like Branch & other channels for creating lead funnel. 
6. Building profitable franchise for SME. 
7. Manage and arrest slippage and maintain portfolio quality

Responsibilities

1. Manage and build granular business upto exposure upto INR 5 Crs within turnover of 30 crs
2. Responsibility for  non-interest revenue including processing fee and trade & forex income 
3. Build and manage team including RMs
4. Drive business plan and strategy for growth in REG segment across Regions
5. Develop and enhance channel sales & support functions 
6. Manage compliance related aspects like covenant monitoring, audit compliances etc
7. Manage health of portfolio with close control of SMA and NPA
8. Engage with credit and operations, risk management, IT, Compliance etc to enchance various policies and processes
9. Establish team performance matrix, expectation and regularly review performance. 
10. Manage portfolio with increase cross sell  / stickiness 
11. Increase penetration of self-funding book (CASA, TD)
12. Expansion into new geographies
13. Monitor & review business profitability
14. Maintaining TAT & FTR controls

Qualifications

Qualification required: Graduate/  Post Graduate

Min Exp: 12 - 15 years

Max Exp: 13 - 15 years
