Weʼve been at it for over 5 years now, and weʼve serviced over 50 happy customers around the world, while also building several in-house micro-SaaS tools for the market (all of this while being bootstrapped and profitable). About The Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with 1-4 years of experience who is passionate about visual communication and eager to contribute to our brands growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles and proficiency in various digital tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple platforms, from social media to website design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging social media content and maintain the monthly content calendar
• Develop and implement comprehensive branding guidelines for all our products
• Transform marketing concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs and images
• Build and design sales & product marketing collateral for our products and services
• Create templates for repeatable content to ensure brand consistency and efficiency
• Contribute to website design projects, enhancing user experience and visual appeal
• Produce and edit videos and animations to support marketing initiatives
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices in the industry
  
  

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must-have
• Experience with Figma and Canva
• Strong understanding of design principles and visual communication
• Excellent skills in social media content creation and website design
• Video editing and animation capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• A portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creativity
  
  

Bonus Skills

• Experience with additional design or multimedia tools
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS

What Your First 30-60 Days Will Look Like

In your first 30 days, you will:

• Get to know your teammates and their roles/ work within the Marketing team
• Understand the work weʼve been doing so far (from a Graphic Designer standpoint) and start mapping your ideas to future outcomes
• Look at what some of our competitors are doing, and the learnings we can take from them
• Work on social media creatives as and when needed
• Create a bank/repository of design ideas that you think we should pick up (creativity is the name of the game!)
  
  

In Your First 60 Days, You Will

• Build templates for repeatable design requirements
• Update existing branding guidelines, as well as create new ones for upcoming products
• Get involved with Product Design and Development (this isnʼt a core Product role - you will be sharing your expertise on various design elements within the product)
• Design sales collateral (PDFs, slides, etc.) that help generate and nurture leads Start working on webpage designs for various use-cases
