Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different stakeholders to gather requirements and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Familiarity with cloud-based services and infrastructure. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SD-WAN Operations. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
