As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our airport operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in passengers and their luggage
• Ensure proper handling and storage of luggage
• Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning procedures
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal
• Collaborate with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures and regulations
• Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales and other services
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English and Tamil, additional languages are a plus
