AI ML Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Lead to drive end-to-end development of machine learning solutions, lead a high-performing team, and deliver impactful AI initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers.
• Build and deploy scalable ML/AI models and pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement AI solutions.
• Oversee MLOps practices, model monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Identify AI use cases and drive technical strategy.
  
  

• Strong expertise in ML/DL algorithms, NLP, computer vision.
• Hands-on with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps tools.
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
