Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in delivering end-to-end automation solutions, from requirement analysis and solution design to deployment and production support. Skilled in Python, Selenium, and Playwright, with a strong focus on technical leadership, mentoring, and building scalable automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation projects, owning the complete lifecycle from requirement gathering and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Partner with clients to understand business processes, elicit requirements, identify edge cases, and design scalable technical solutions.
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication, technical feasibility, and successful project execution.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Drive engineering best practices, reusable frameworks, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop and review automation solutions using Python, Selenium, and Playwright, along with modern software engineering practices.
- Evaluate and adopt AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies to enhance automation capabilities, improve engineering efficiency, and foster innovation.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and/or Playwright.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, automation frameworks, APIs, debugging, and version control.
- Excellent requirement analysis and client interaction skills.
- Ability to review code, mentor developers, and lead technical discussions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate edge cases and technical risks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and demonstrated ability to adopt AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies to build next-generation automation solutions
