We are looking for a Senior Zoho Consultant / Delivery Lead to own complex Zoho implementations while leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing delivery team. This role requires a strong leadership mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while working closely with UK and European clients.

Requirements
Client Consulting & Solution Leadership
Lead end-to-end Zoho implementations across the Zoho ecosystem, including CRM & Sales apps, Creator & dev suite, Desk, Books, Inventory & Finance apps, People & HR apps, Analytics, Marketing apps.
Work directly with UK and European clients to understand requirements and design scalable solutions
Act as the senior functional authority and trusted advisor on assigned projects
Delivery & Project Leadership
Deliver multiple Zoho projects in parallel, owning scope, milestones, risks, and quality
Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders
Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
Lead workshops, demos, and regular delivery updates
Maintain strong client relationships through clear, confident communication
Requires working-hours overlap with UK business hours
Team Leadership & CoE Ownership
Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 consultants and developers
Review solution designs and delivery outputs
Support onboarding, grooming, and performance development
Contribute to Zoho CoE initiatives including best practices, reusable solutions, internal standards, and knowledge sharing
Training & Adoption
Lead end-user and admin training
Drive adoption by aligning solutions with real business processes
Continuously improve delivery efficiency and solution quality
Must Have
6+ years of hands-on Zoho implementation experience
Strong expertise across the Zoho One ecosystem
Proven experience leading teams and mentoring consultants
