Business Development Executive - Waste Management

will primarily focus on developing the BWG/business development pipeline, engaging with prospective clients, supporting proposal and commercial discussions, and progressing qualified leads towards client onboarding and potential waste channelization for the proposed facility.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the BWG/Business Development pipeline.
  
• Identify, prioritize and qualify potential BWG and institutional clients.
  
• Coordinate follow-ups with interested BWGs and commercial establishments.
  
• Develop and coordinate preparation of client proposals based on waste audits and field assessment findings.
  
• Coordinate commercial discussions and client negotiations 
  
• Coordinate execution of BWG/client agreements.
  
• Track client onboarding and conversion status.
  
• Maintain the client database, lead tracker and BD pipeline.
  
• Prepare monthly BD and conversion reports.
  
• Track potential waste inflow and revenue opportunities from prospective clients.
  
• Coordinate BWG workshops, webinars and business development events.
  
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional waste channelization.
  
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure that committed waste quantities and service requirements are aligned with facility capacity.
