Job Description – Assistant Manager – Operations

Experience: 5–8 years of experience in operations, preferably within the BPO sector, with

strong exposure to end-to-end operational activities.

Location: Coimbatore | Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end operational activities, including daily workflow management, resource allocation, and process execution.
Lead and supervise teams to achieve productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
Monitor operational performance, KPIs, TAT, and process efficiency.
Handle client coordination, escalations, and stakeholder management.
Prepare MIS reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and company policies.
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement initiatives.
Manage workforce planning, team performance, and employee development.
Ensure smooth execution of all operational activities from process initiation to completion.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of end-to-end operations and team management.
Experience in process management, client handling, MIS reporting, and KPI monitoring.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting tools.
