Project Engineer Expeditor

Co-Ordiantion and follow-up at Vendors' Places to expedite and ensure advance /timely delivery of items /components.

Full Technical and commercial Co-ordination with vendors by providing timely resolutions to Vendors.

Submission of Daily, weekly and monthly vendor visit and status reports.

Willing to travel PAN India locations in most of the days of the month.

Submission of 3 months Look ahead plans for visits/ Deliveries/Inspection calls at vendors in line with project requirements.

Creating good rapport with the vendors to get required materials well in advance by solving their issues in co-ordination with internal stakeholders.

Keeping track of the progress at the vendors as per their commitments and deviation if any must be highlighted and resolved.

Must have strong communication skills and presentation skills by using softwares like MS-Office etc.
