Job Description

Plan and execute production to meet project delivery schedules
Well operational experience of Lathe, VTL, GPM, PM & HBM machines
Good knowledge of CNC programming
Ensure optimum utilization of heavy machines and manpower
Monitor and improve machine productivity and OE
Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework/NCR
Drive production planning, scheduling, and daily shopfloor control
Improve process efficiency and cycle time for critical components
Coordinate with Planning, QA, Maintenance, and Method teams
Ensure safety compliance and promote zero-incident culture
Lead troubleshooting and resolve shopfloor production issues
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma)
Monitor and control production costs and resource utilization
Develop team capability and ensure skill enhancement
