Job Description

Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC/NC and conventional machines like HBM, Gantry Milling, Radial Drill, CNC Lathe, and Universal machines. Ensures machine uptime, accuracy, and smooth production operations.2) Handles operation and maintenance of 11KV power line, switchgear, transformers, PCC/MCC panels, and plant electrical distribution. Ensures safe and reliable operation of high?voltage equipment.3) Executes preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and enhance equipment life. Uses RCA and structured tools for permanent corrective actions.4) Conducts maintenance of EOT cranes, gantry cranes, hoists, forklifts, and material handling systems. Performs at-height work following strict LOTO and safety procedures.5) Maintains compressors, pumps, chillers, welding machines, blowers, pneumatic tools, and other utility systems. Ensures continuous and reliable utility supply to production.6) Experienced in diagnosing and repairing AC/DC drives, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, sensors, and CNC controllers. Skilled in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and performing program backup/modifications.7) Handles maintenance in three-shift operations and supports production for uninterrupted workflow. Coordinates quick response to critical failures across the plant.8) Works as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS/ISO 45001 standards. Implements 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and best industrial safety practices.9) Leads technicians, plans daily activities, and allocates tasks based on skill and priority. Coordinates with production, quality, and planning for smooth maintenance operations.10) Prepares and maintains PM records, breakdown reports, checklist logs, and spare consumption data. Ensures proper documentation for audits and internal compliance.11) Manages critical spares inventory and coordinates procurement with suppliers and service teams. Optimizes spare usage and ensures availability of essential items.12) Drives improvement projects to reduce breakdowns and maintenance costs. Supports new machine installations, modifications, energy-saving projects and process enhancements.
