Job Title: Reservationist & Guest Relationship Executive

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000 per month

Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year

Qualification: 12th Pass or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business Management, or a related field

Language: Fluency in English is mandatory

Job Summary

A premium hospitality group in Surat is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Reservationist & Guest Relationship Executive to manage restaurant bookings and deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle restaurant reservations through phone, email, and online platforms.
Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, changes, and special requests.
Plan table allocations and coordinate with restaurant teams.
Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information.
Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally.
Build positive guest relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Protect guest privacy and follow up on unresolved queries.

Required Skills

Excellent English communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online booking systems.
A polite, professional, and guest-focused approach.
