• Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project
• Bill verification and certification
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against the approved plan.
• Coordinate with site team, contractors, and consultants for progress updates.
• Identify delays and support preparation of recovery plans.
• Maintain progress reports and MIS for management review.
• Track material delivery and major milestones.
• Assist in organizing review meetings and recording MOM.
• Ensure alignment between design release and construction schedule.
