Overview

We are seeking an experienced Zoho One Delivery Manager to join our dynamic services delivery team and lead the successful execution of comprehensive business transformation initiatives. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end implementation, integration, and optimization of the complete Zoho suite for small-to-midsize enterprise clients across diverse industries. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Books, Projects, People, Desk, Creator, and 40+ applications), along with strong program management capabilities, client relationship leadership, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, integrated Zoho solutions that drive digital transformation, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Zoho suite implementations and optimizations for business transformation.
• Manage end-to-end Zoho One projects including Books, CRM, Desk, and One integrations with agile delivery.
• Gather requirements, configure workflows, automate processes, and provide training/migration support.
• Drive client adoption, reporting dashboards, and continuous improvements for SaaS efficiency.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years in Zoho implementations; expertise in Zoho One, Books, People, CRM, Creator, Deluge scripting, and enterprise integrations.
• Project management certification (PMP/Agile); strong stakeholder management skills.
• Tech-savvy with SQL/API knowledge for custom solutions.
