As a Workday Integration Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on specializing and managing Workday's suite of cloud-based software and solutions within an organization. Workday offers a range of applications for human resources (HR), finance, payroll, talent management, and other business functions. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Leading the integration and management of Workday's suite of cloud-based software solutions
• Analyzing client needs to implement and optimize Workday applications for HR, finance, and other business functions
• Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance in delivering client solutions
• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
• Utilizing Workday Studio and Workday Prism Analytics to develop and deploy scalable solutions
• Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
• Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to improve service delivery
• Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
• Identifying opportunities for business transformation and process optimization within client engagements
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 9-13 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting
• Utilizing strategic technology planning to enhance business transformation
• Excelling in process improvement and optimization for client solutions
• Leading Workday HCM projects with a focus on client satisfaction
• Embracing change and innovation in digital core modernization
• Mentoring teams in analytical thinking and strategic questioning
