Workday HCM - SA

This role is for one of the Weekdays clients

Salary range: Rs 1700000 - Rs 2700000 (ie INR 17 - 27 LPA)

Min Experience: 4 years

Location: Bengaluru, NCR, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai

Requirements

An active Workday HCM certification is required-

• At least 2 years of Workday implementation experience, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A minimum of 1 year of Workday Implementation experience
• Functional certification in Core HCM along with at least one additional module such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Learning, or Benefits
• Ability to assist clients in resolving functional issues that demand deep expertise in Workday solutions
• Proficient in analyzing business requirements and converting them into effective and efficient application configurations
• Familiarity with custom fields, custom reports, matrix reports, and calculated fields
• Understanding of Workday Security
• Knowledge of various available data sources and their usage
• Experience in creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
