Job Summary:
The Yardi Manager will be responsible for bridging the gap between technology and business processes within the Yardi platform. This role involves understanding client requirements, providing technical solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and support of Yardi applications. The successful candidate will have:
Experience working in Wealth or Asset management Industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
Strong collaboration and client communication skills.
Strong requirements elicitation skills.
Exposure to portfolio management, trade execution, data control and operations and portfolio administration
Strong knowledge on asset classes such as private equity and real estate across front office, middle office, and back-office side of business
Should possess high-level understanding of data model.
Good experience understanding client requirements and streamline them appropriately to the team.
Good Leadership skills.
Excellent client-facing skills.
MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with at least 9 years’ experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements related to Yardi applications.
Manage team of Yardi consultants within the project.
Provide techno-functional expertise in Yardi modules, including but not limited to Yardi Voyager, Yardi Elevate, and Yardi Investment Management.
Design, configure, and customize Yardi solutions to meet client needs.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and provide training to end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to Yardi applications.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Experienced with Implementation and Data migration for Investment Management Module.
Provide functional support to end users.
