About the Role:

We are seeking an VM & Storage Engineer with 5+ years of experience to manage and troubleshoot VMware ESXi, vCenter, clusters, HA, DRS, vMotion and related components.

Requirements

• Provide operational and technical support for VMware virtualization environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot VMware ESXi, vCenter, clusters, HA, DRS, vMotion, and related components.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolution of complex virtualization incidents and performance issues.
• Plan and execute VMware upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle activities.
• Monitor and optimize VM, host, cluster, and resource utilization.
• Support capacity planning, performance management, and availability requirements.
• Administer and troubleshoot enterprise storage environments, including HPE Qumulo, Pure Storage, and HPE Alletra.
• Troubleshoot storage connectivity, capacity, performance, replication, and availability issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, backup, network, and application teams to resolve cross-platform issues.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in infrastructure changes, DR activities, technology upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the technical escalation POC and coordinate with OEM/vendor support when required.
